We know how hard it is for talented girls to play football around the world. No pay. Poor pitches. Zero support. For most, making it to the top feels nearly impossible — even for the most gifted.

WHY?

Because women’s football still lacks a proper scouting system. Even the biggest, richest clubs haven’t yet figured it out. And so many talented players go unnoticed.

Our mission is to change that

We’re building new pathways to help talented female footballers from emerging regions get noticed — and make it to the top clubs.

Our team brings together experts from 11 countries — professional players, coaches, scouts, project founders, and specialists who have worked with national football associations to grow women’s football.

We are a nonprofit platform that helps young female footballers take the next big step in their career and reach top clubs. We don’t charge players, take commissions, or work with agents — our focus is 100% on the game.

Our principles are to remain independent, free from government funding, to avoid affiliation with any political organization — because the game should come first.

Our mission is to give talented players solid opportunities across politics, bureaucracy, or commercial interests.
