LEVEL
A central midfielder of average height with a strong build and a genuine box-to-box work rate: highly mobile and durable, covering ground from her own penalty area to the opponent’s; agility and coordination are above average, while straight-line pace is average.

Technically at an average level — secure first touch, able to switch play and change the point of attack — yet limited in medium and long distribution with frequent errors in accuracy and decision selection; short passing is confident, but in ball progression she shows low initiative, often choosing the nearest option or recycling backwards rather than advancing play.

She engages actively in duels — brave and at times overly aggressive — but lacks tackling technique and timing, tending either to shepherd the opponent or concede fouls; in positional contests for loose/neutral balls she is useful thanks to good balance and concentration.

Disciplined in shape and effective at covering space, though her timing to receive (to open up) is not always optimal; in the attacking phase she can remain inactive longer than necessary and at times drifts out of sequences, while defensively she contributes through volume and work rate but her individual actions lack clarity and cleanliness.

Strengths & Areas for Improvement
-
TACKLING: Low specificity and poor tackling technique; tends to concede fouls or make unsuccessful attempts.
-
PASSING CULTURE: Errors in medium/long distribution; limited capacity to progress play.
-
INITIATIVE: Rarely assumes playmaking responsibility; more often operates as a support/link player.
-
SCANNING: Inconsistent spatial awareness; low pre-orientation/scanning frequency, acts reactively rather than with anticipatory analysis.
+
WORK RATE & DISCIPLINE: Covers the full width and depth of the pitch, follows instructions, maintains high intensity for the full 90
+
BRAVERY & CHARACTER: Commits to physical duels, unafraid of larger/stronger opponents.
+
FIRST TOUCH: Secure reception; able to retain possession under pressure.
Disciplined, hard-working midfielder who is valuable to teams that prize running volume and bravery in duels. At the current level she can be a consistent, reliable contributor — not necessarily a standout — covering important central-midfield workload. With the right development, she can grow into a steady player for mid-table clubs in strong European leagues.

To reach a higher level, she needs to:
  • improve passing culture and increase variety of attacking solutions;
  • raise tackling quality and defensive tactical understanding;
  • develop initiative and the ability to manage tempo and dictate play.
